My first block was defective. YouYah support responded very quickly and sent me a replacement device within a few days. I tested the replacement unit with a water tester and it works as advertised. As YouYah recommends, I also treated my tap water for 3-4 cycles prior to testing. I measured an H2 level of 1.3ppm and an ORP of -600mV. Before treatment, H2 was 0ppm and OPR was +600mV!

Excellent product although I sent it back. It makes hydrogen water in minutes. Great device to stay at work or on the go and stay hydrated. It charges the internal lithium-ion batteries via the USB port and takes about a couple of hours to fully charge. Once fully charged, it can deliver 10-15 glasses of hydrogen water. Item arrived quickly, very durable glass body, siliconized top and bottom. Installation can be done very easily on the go, which is a plus. I cleaned the setup, then made the first batch of warm/hot water, which I discarded, then made another batch of water. I ran it 3 times (3 minutes x 3 = 9 minutes hydrogen).
