Little boy received with all the wrong parts. Apparently it was a return and the management never checked the goods for completeness. I'm going on vacation so it was an emergency. I didn't want to go back so I just notified management and got no response. funny

Bought a few years ago. I sold the house it was in so I had to buy another one. I'm very happy with the first, I'm happy with this one so far. Easy installation, filters work as shown in the listing. We have water with quite a bit of sediment and rust so the sump filter needs to be changed every two to three months and the carbon filter lasts a year. I highly recommend this product.

I would say the listed filtration rate in gallons per minute is accurate based on my experience. I've been using it for both plants and drinking water since our city switched to a chloramine-based drainage system. You can feel the difference in the water. If you drink a lot of filtered water and/or use it for a small garden or houseplant, it's a much better investment than the Brita or Pur systems.

My ppm levels were around 480-490 before the filter, then I hooked up a little boy and he got my ppm levels down to 190, and then when I did the RO boost I'm getting 17ppm now. I am very excited about this filter. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good water filter that is built to last.

Great filter but it will NOT give you 0ppm reverse osmosis water. This is just a dechlorination and sediment filter machine, but it can easily be converted into a reverse osmosis machine with the Little Boys Reverse Osmosis Conversion Kit ($90). Watch Hydrologic's videos on YouTube how to rebuild the machine, it takes about 3 minutes - it's very easy. 5 stars but Hydrologic is the best. I use H202 (15-30 percent, not the brown bottle from Walmart) mixed with water to clean my white sediment…

Seems to work fine but I just bought it. The white filter seems to capture much of the algae from the kegs I use. It seems to support algae growth, although I'm not sure. At least it gets dirty quickly. I don't use the cleanest kegs though. The canisters seem to pass water at a higher pressure, but I don't have a pressure gauge, so I don't know what the pressure is at this moment. I haven't seen it leak multiple times.
