Description of Hydronix SPC 45 1050 Polyester Pleated Filter

Sediment filter for a water filtration system. 4.5" OD and an overall length of 9-3/4". Non-woven polyester for resistance to chemicals and bacteria with a polypropylene core and vinyl plastisol end caps. Particle retention size of 50 micron. Operating temperature range of 40 to 125 degrees F.

Fantastic Filtration Results!

After I put it to the test, I can confidently say this pleated filter delivers great results. It easily filters out impurities and contaminants, leaving me with clean and clear water to drink. The polyester material is durable and long-lasting making it a great value for the price. The only con I found is that it needs to be replaced every 6-12 months, but that`s to be expected with most filters .Overall, I highly recommend this filter for anyone looking for reliable water purification..

It's good. on kitchen and bathroom faucets

I bought this because I could rinse it out and reuse it. There's a lot of sand coming out of the well, so these filters help catch it before the water goes into my softener. So if you have as much sand as I do, it takes about 2 months before I have to wash it off. It does the job!
