It works well for what it is, but our old chair's pattern is just as translucent as the texture. It's thin, so if you have a sleek, light-colored chair with no pattern, then this cover is for you! Otherwise just fine. We had a dusty rose chair and as the fabric is thin the upholstery looks dull compared to the original color of the chair.

This cover looks great on a small shabby chair. I particularly like the separate pillowcase as the alternative tends to lose shape and look horrible after sitting once. The clips on the bottom are also a nice feature and ensure an even more secure hold. The floral pattern isn't for everyone, but we have some 70's yellow nails that this pattern pairs perfectly with.

This cover is very beautiful. We have a sofa with an unusual shape, but it completely covers it. It needed a few tweaks, particularly to the armrests, but it's holding up well. The elastic is strong on the seat cushion covers so they don't move. We love our old 30 year old sofa and didn't want to get rid of it but the fabric was showing its age. I received a used chair in very good condition, but I wanted something a little more cheerful than just beige.
