30x40 barn . 2 of these. let there be light!

installed 2 of these in my barn, and it's all i needed. it's perfectly adequate to light up the entire area. the bean patter is very nice and wide , it covers very well with no major hot spot. the included hangers made it a snap to hook to the rafters, and they came with a cord so you can plug them into an outlet. had them up in 30 minutes. note i didn't use the dim feature as it requires additional wiring and i didn't need it.perfect for what i needed.

Great Shop Lights - my new review

Very pleased with these lights. Have 18 of them in a 80x80 shop space. Plenty of light coming from all directions to really cut down on shadows. Have another 8 to install in a 50x160 shop that is used for storage, so not as much light needed, but I feel they will work out fantastic in there as well.

Very nice light: my feedback

I looked at lights for my girlfriends barn (24x60) for several weeks and decided to go with the 100W light knowing that I would need 3-5 more lights depending on how much light there was. This was installed on a 12' rafter to shine down on the entrance and one stall and she was happy with it but thought we would need 5 more. We waiting until it was totally dark and turned it on and she was shocked at how bright it was. The chickens started coming out of the coop thinking it was day time again…

Poor quality control. Item was built incorrectly: Dangerous!

This item does not come with an AC cord prewired; Not the plug end, anyway. There is a prewired pigtail on the device side with a 3-conductor barrel connector, but you have to wire the plug if you're going to use a receptacle to power this. Let me start by saying I am an Electrical Engineer and not some novice with no business wiring high voltage. That said, the factory wired their side with the ground and hot reversed! What this causes is for the live side of 120 or 240 (wide voltage input) to

brightness for my opinion

I have 2400 sq. ft. 16' high ceiling put in four 200w and it looks like daylight, very bright cannot look at them. as long as they last they are great

Excellent Results with a 150 Watt Lamp

I hung 4 of the 150 watt ones in a 30x30x12 shop and it’s like daylight in there. Easy install, extremely bright and a diffuser was not necessary. These are well worth the money.

Very impressed!: my feedback

Bought this to install in place of fluorescent bulbs. 2 of these lights replaced eight ballasts with 2 bulbs in each! My garage ceilings are just over 14 feet high and these 2 lights are so good that I’m buying 2 more to replace the other 8 ballasts. The install was easy and the power savings is nice too. Would definitely recommend!

Very good bright light if installing them low need to install multiple creates a lot of Shadows install them too high brightness starts to fade otherwise great light you will notice your electric bill drop

Product is well made. Very good quality. Just doesn’t provide as much light as another brand with the same wattage. Other than that, great light, use it in my barn.

Could have been better

Only one part of the actual light is dimmible. Which is terrible as I needed this light to set a mood/feel to the facility. I can’t get it to dim enough. Will not buy again. Shipment was pretty fast, it’s bright, and it works so that’s why I’m giving a 3/5 stars

Easy install and super bright

This was about the easiest install I could have imagined. Really lights up my shop. I put 8 of them in a 42' x 100' shop with 20' ceilings and it makes it like daytime in the middle of the night.

Great product. Better light and more efficient

These lights are really nice. I replaced 4 - 400w Metal Halide fixtures on a 16ft high ceiling. With 150watt LEDs the result was slightly brighter than the old fixtures. I may have been able to use the 100watt but I am glad to have the extra brightness.

Love these. I found a bunch of small lost items in my garage.not lost anymore.Wired mine to a couple of Sonoff devices and turn them on and off with my voice.clean light switches 😀
