Headphones were completely missing travel case and USB audio cable. There were "extra earpads" in the box but they didn't fit the headphones and were EXTREMELY worn. Huge listing scam.

I needed a good, reliable headset for basic streaming and zooming... This headset is even better than what I was looking for. I don't normally use the 5.1 surround sound feature, but it's there. Plus, you can use it for PS4, so that's a bonus. It comes with cloth (upgraded) and leather mugs.

I'm sure the headset itself is great, but don't order a refurbished headset from Revain. Don't be a cheap skateboard like me and just buy a new one. This product came to my doorstep with missing parts (3.5mm cable) so now I couldn't even use it. I have to go through hoops to get another one and hope they got it right. Very annoying.

I like it, I bought it used but apart from the packaging this thing looked brand new. I used it for gaming, the sound is stunning, especially when playing first person shooters, shots, explosions and footsteps are clear and accurate. The bass on top of that is great. I highly recommend this headset.

As fun as it is to type, it's not fun to use. The connector that connects the cable to the headphones themselves is unsafe. The cable falls out easily by just turning your head (nothing snags, is it just the weight of the cable?). Otherwise they seem good but I have to use tape to secure the cable.

Yesterday I received this HyperX Cloud Alpha S gaming headset for PC, it is a 7.1 surround sound headset and it was very easy to connect. I was a little afraid of buying a refurbished headset but I was wrong as they are perfect in every way. From the clean box and all parts, everything was as it should be. I would buy them again and at these prices everyone should.
