FRT is the perfect solution for us to train our staff members and better understand our customers

I like how it is easy to use and have a lot of features for training. It has been helping my clients understand what their customers want and need. Clients are able to see the benefits in real time which has helped make them more engaged with the program. The only thing that I didn't like about it was when the server went down, it took some time to get back up again. If you are looking for an easy way to train your employees, this is the solution. A complete solution and integrated app

The best part of this software is that it has all the tools required for an effective marketing campaign, including email management with autoresponder feature which allows us to send personalized emails at ease. We can also see our reports from anywhere in the world through its web version, so there's nothing more convenient than using such a great tool.
