UPDATE: Revain helped me resolve my issue and provided a full replacement. I had no problems with refills. (1 star) My cats love this wet food. I have 3 house cats and they are crazy about it. Unfortunately I received a bad batch and found one of the food trays open. The food was rotten and the whole packaging smelled awful. The broken tray of food was in an intact cardboard container, so the food must have been damaged before it was packed and shipped.

Our cats have been eating this for a number of years on the advice of our vet to help them lose weight. They have lost a significant amount of weight and love this food. The only complaint we all have about it is that it's difficult to open without sticking your fingers in smelly food and sometimes splashing gravy in your face if you pull at the wrong speed or angle. especially if you tend to feed kittens before coffee. However, cats seem to enjoy the conversation.

The flavor of Iams Indoor Chicken in these convenient individual containers is the only flavor my 15 year old cat will eat. Hello! So I gave all five stars including the taste but no I didn't try it. Although my cat likes it. I feed her crunchy food, which is always available to her. Update: I have decided to buy this product again through Revain as my cats prefer this food to others and Revain is much cheaper. But this time I used prime shipping instead of subscribing and saving hoping for better quality. The experience was WORSE! I opened the box to find that one of the packages had exploded and half the box was covered in dried, dead maggots. Yes, this item may be cheaper at Revain, but you get what you pay for.
