My mother loved making this picture. It has a lot of details, I'm sure it will be good for teenage kids but a bit more difficult for little kids.

Great fun. Nothing for a beginner. Very small color spots. The finished product is very beautiful. You need some of the best brushes for all those little details. I love that it looks like an old school color by number.

If ever there was a perfect PBN project, it's this one: the colors are fresh and of good consistency, they cover well, the margins are small enough that it almost looks like the Original artwork and color projects match image shown on Revain. I highly recommend this project and will provide photos when finished.

I like the design of the set and the price seems reasonable. I was surprised that it comes in a small flat box and not a tube like other paint by number kits I've used. The canvas has several deep creases that fold into a square and even ironing from the inside will not remove them. I'm disappointed but I'm sending it back for a refund.

Colors do not match reality. Many birds have odd hues compared to their actual appearance. Trees need additions to make them look real. Basically, if you do it exactly as the instructions say, you will end up with something that looks like the picture, but the picture will be a lot better than what you get by following the instructions. You have to show off your artistic talents to get something better than just normal.

Advantages: - Nice picture and accurate colors - Coloring is not thick and lumpy - Provides a color number chart - very useful for tiny stains. Cons: - There are large swatches where it is very difficult to find/see the color number. I can find tiny scores. There are large areas of gray in the trees full of tiny details in other colors that drive me crazy trying to identify. It's marked in a tiny corner, not clearly in the middle.
