The rubber sock also likes to fall off the female end. Now I need to solder all the LED strips together to build the nano sheet myself. Don't buy this. Save money and just solder the strips together.

The clips are difficult to detach and all point in the same direction which can be a problem as the colors of the wires can be reversed if you use them on the wrong end of the LED strip . It did the job, but I think the best version of this product would be half like this, half different. And clips that can be opened without breaking your nails.

I bought these because I needed sliding contacts for the LED strip and a pigtail for the permanent connection to the power supply. So to be honest I just used the white ends of these strips and cut off the black pin headers. But the pad under the contacts worked fine. For waterproof LED strips, remove the silicone cover and be sure to remove the adhesive backing. Do this and your strips will slide right under the contacts and snap into place. Great brackets!

OK. If I look closely at the picture I would see that the blue and green lines are opposite my LED strips. Is it a big problem to swap them? Not quite, but it took me a few minutes to figure out the discrepancy testing the strip before assembly. The construction is quite good for the price. Just look out for the colored pins and be prepared to use a small flathead screwdriver if your LED strip isn't identical. I'm a patient person so this wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I bought light strips and attached them to the back of my 65 inch flat screen TV and it worked and the light worked great. then one day, while moving the TV, he tore the end of the LED strip to which the plug to the power supply was already attached. I figured I'd have to throw everything away and start over, I was able to find this jumper between the strips and replace the damaged LED strip. The excellent product quality appears to be robust. If I come across the same jam I will definitely buy
