This bay does a great job of organizing space for two SSDs and a 3 1/2 inch hard drive. You will need a long bladed magnetic screwdriver to install the screws that secure the 3 1/2 inch drive. It's difficult, but not impossible. SSD cages are very convenient. I put the boot disk in the left slot. You need to pay attention to which cable is connected to the SATA port of your mainboard.
