If you want to upgrade your computer that comes with the stock AMD Spire cooler to an AIO CPU water cooler. (e.g. Corsair) then your MB most likely does not have this mount. Maybe because the PC seller didn't include it. Well this is the part you need for AMD AM4 motherboard.

One of the bracket parts on my motherboard broke off, it fitted perfectly and was a solid replacement. This saved me the trouble of disassembling the entire circuit board assembly. Inexpensive at $6 and the build quality is better than on the board.

I think this product would be great with other coolers but unfortunately it doesn't fit the stock Ryzen 5 2600 cooler, look for a backplate that has holes are slightly increased.

This mount was just what I needed! I ordered an open box for the motherboard (I know, I know), it turned out there was nothing inside, including the original AM4 fan bracket. To be honest I thought this couldn't happen on Revain, but here it is! Fits perfectly on my B450-F and should work with any motherboard with AM4 CPU socket. The build quality seems solid, I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a new mount!

Doesn't work with stock AMD Ryzen 3 2200G cooler. As you can see from the picture, the bracket is too short to reach the screws on the radiator. This distance is too far to try to screw the screw in. If you're using a clip-on cooler that should be fine, for screw-on coolers I'd buy something else if available. I used this on a MSI B450i Gaming PLUS AC motherboard. The screw posts were the same height as the stock metal backplate (I was concerned this wasn't the case based on other reviews of AM4's plastic backplates) and everything fitted the same.

I used these to replace AMD brackets that I threw away thinking I wouldn't need them. I didn't touch the plastic back panel. It seems to work well, but I wouldn't use it with heavier coolers like the NH-D15, so use the metal cooler if you need it.

Originally bought a Ryzen 5 processor with a screw fan. Then I upgraded to Ryzen 7 with a clip fan. I threw away my clamp mounts (I don't need them, do I?). Bought, screwed the two clamp mounts from this kit to the back of my motherboard after a previous install, and done.
