Traveling with my furry friend just got better!

This bag is a game-changer. My little pup has plenty of space to snuggle up and relax, while I have plenty of storage for all of his pet supplies. The breathable fabric keeps him cool and comfortable, and the transparent window allows me to keep an eye on him at all times. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I find this backpack to be very user-friendly. The only downside is that the bag can get a bit heavy with a larger dog inside. Long Dog Approved - Backpacks

My dog is a fairly petite (10 lb) Cavapoo but has long legs and a long torso. Usually 19" long racks are still a little tight for him. It's about 13" tall from foot to shoulders and maybe 16" long from chest to base of tail. I chose this backpack for the extra compartments, the fold out tent and the fact that it has a flat top so my cat can sit on it with her harness whenever she wants.
