IDesign Plastic Replacement Toilet Bathroom Review

Got a fancy stainless steel set from Costco and it didn't have many spare heads. I hazarded that these are universal things, but they are!

Small toilet brush heads to replace designer bathroom accessories. They screw onto the original brush handles and voila! Like new. There is no need to buy a brand new toilet cleaning accessory.

Works exactly as intended. Fits well with the old stick, does not twist when used. He goes to the stick screwed into the brush. I love my old toilet cleaning kit so I was glad I didn't have to replace it when the old brush unscrewed itself with use. Ali Julia review

Very frustrating that the fixings are not standardized as other reviewers have mentioned. I have an old BBB (white metal cylinder) brush and although this head was sized just right and it started to unscrew, there must be a difference in the threads because it wasn't screwed on properly. Tried the same from mDesign. I think I'll buy a new brush. :(

Like many others, I was looking for a replacement brush so I wouldn't have to pay a lot of money for a completely new toilet cleaning set. What you can't see in the picture and what initially made me hesitant to buy is the attachment of the brush to the handle - how big is the hole for the handle? Hole 1/2" wide - you should have a handle to screw onto the brush (not the other way around like some other kits). I hope this information will be useful to someone.

The brush is nice and heavy, good product. The problem is they don't tell you the size of the mounting screw. So, the brush came quickly and nicely, but it doesn't fit the handle, so it's useless. I just can't imagine that they don't tell you the right size. Now I have a pen without a brush and a brush without a pen. Looks like I have a problem! I'll probably have to buy a whole new set. I purchased the iDesign square natural bamboo toilet brush and holder in April 2017. I recently tried to buy a new replacement black brush as the original brush was falling apart. I ordered a black iDesign brush and it wasn't big enough to screw into the brush handle. I would like to know which replacement brush fits this holder set. First of all, I have to say that I am one of those people who had no idea that replaceable toilet brush heads existed. The ability to swap out the head is great and seems very economical and environmentally friendly. This head is really good. I found the bristles hard enough that I didn't have to rub them hard.
