Good quality product. Very good.

I received this caliper today and took some measurements. It was packaged well and works great. The dial is easy to read and the divisions are spaced far enough apart that you can accurately judge the greater accuracy than on the dial. 0005". This is a well made quality product. To folks who write reviews of the tools needed for tuning, if you don't know how to use a bore gauge then either check out youtube or don't buy this product. Cheap gauge for occasional use

That seems like a pretty solid value for occasional use of the gauge. I have other iGaging products and they all do their job well. I tested this on my mics and used a Cummins 6BT to finish the block. worked well and easily found any taper/out-of-round in my cylinders. Seemed accurate and more importantly, consistent. I wish I had a Mitutoyo instead, but couldn't justify the cost of such a rare use. This helped to achieve very economical costs.

It works great, I have .002" piston clearance (recommended for stock cast pistons) and although it felt snug when dry fitted, with assembly lube the pistons slid perfectly. Note for uninformed buyers that this doesn't tell you how large you need some sort of caliper to measure pistons and you zero that tool to that measurement so you can see by how much 0.001…
