We got this for him so he can easily have cold water to drink while driving

My husband is a professional driver. We got this for him so he always has cold water available to drink while driving. After about 2 weeks, the cooler began to periodically turn off when connected to the network. To turn it back on, my husband had to unplug and plug it back in. After less than 3 months of use, when my husband tried to unplug the unit, it snapped and broke leaving parts in the socket. Since the return period has expired, I cannot return the money. A product that costs this much…

Used once. Died on the second attempt.

We've used (or tried to use) this exactly twice. One day we took it on a trip and it was great, everything stayed cool and everything was fine. It was probably (8 hours?) hooked up to the car. It worked perfectly when we brought it home. Today, before heading to Costco on a hot summer day, we hooked it up (inside the house) at 8:30 and planned to leave at 11:30. - 3 hours lead time as stated in the directions. It cooled down well at first, judging by the fridge thermometer we keep indoors - the

So far, so good. No problem

I am a truck driver who lives in his truck all the time and with the coming summer I had to buy a fridge and I chose this one among many others. It's tough, durable and runs quietly. He does what he has to do, chills. I usually turn it off before bed and turn it back on in the morning. I've had it for over a week with no problems. For some reason I feel like it's a bit small for me. So I give it to my brother and buy a big 40 liter bottle. So far, so good. No problem. I've read several reviews…

What cracks? for camping & hiking

So far I am satisfied with this cool box. I had 40kw. A Coleman thermoelectric refrigerator, and I like the size better because I can put it on the passenger-side floor or in the back seat. The other was too big. I'm going to debunk some of the reviews I've read. Thermoelectric refrigerators are not designed to keep food and beverages cold like a refrigerator. So for those of you who are disappointed, do like me and use frozen ice packs. They don't melt as quickly as in a thermoelectric fridge…

Save yourself the hassle and avoid it.

This thing was a constant headache. I'm a truck driver and thought this would save me a ton of money and allow me to eat a little healthier on the go. Worked great for the first few days. I didn't notice that the plug melted in the socket and it stopped working. Everything quickly deteriorated and moldy. I cleaned the radiator and bought a new cable for it. The same thing happened. I did it again, thinking maybe it was in the outlet, plugged it into another. It constantly blows the truck's…

Works exactly as described in the instructions - I like it. courting!

This cooler met my expectations. First what I measured; The current consumption at a voltage of 13.5 volts was about 4.7 amps. At a voltage of 12.2 volts, the current drawn was about 3.5 amps. The instructions say from 3.5 to 4.8 amps, the instructions match my measurements. Second, it's a thermoelectric cooler. It uses about 40-60 watts of power, so it won't cool a warm soda in a few hours. The guide recommends letting it run for a few hours before adding any material. If you put warm soda in…

good cooler at a good price

Works well. good size I have been using these coolers in a tractor trailer for over 20 years. Meet your expectations and they work well. These coolers draw about 4 amps. Igloo coolers are also sold at two major truck stop chains, but Revain's price is better. In a pinch, you can usually find a replacement power cord at TA/Petro Truck Stops. The cooler takes 4-5 hours to cool off first from the "warm". Do not fill it with warm objects and do not plug it in while waiting for a miracle. You can…

The perfect travel companion

I don't quite understand how it works (I'll leave it in the product description), but it works! Note that this is not the same as a real refrigerator. It is highly recommended to put food that is already cold or throw in an ice pack or two, as the temperature depends on the temperature of the items put in. You can turn it on when it's empty and it cools down. inside is a good amount, but the colder the items, the colder the cooler can get. I often pre-fill the cooler. Before I go on a trip, I…

So far, so good. This cooler is great!

Purchasing this Igloo Iceless Cooler was one of the most difficult purchasing decisions I have ever made. the nervousness I had before finally hitting the buy button. Reviews for Revain are generally not particularly favorable. There are more than a few reports that this product can fail either immediately upon receipt or shortly thereafter. return within the 30-day Revain return period. If it goes wrong after that... Well, I screwed up, as did many others. The cooler arrived in perfect…
