The drain plug broke off my 20 gallon radiator. Otherwise the cooler was in great condition, so I couldn't justify buying a new one. Even though my cooler wasn't Igloo branded, I was still able to get it working with no problem. Easy to assemble. No leaks. Good product.

Spark plugs arrived today and fit my radiator perfectly. The item came with the connector cover installed. Just had to pull out the old block and insert the new plug in the Tempo. Tighten the new washer and nut with large pliers. Everything works in 5 minutes! Like a new $5 cooler!

Why aren't the dimensions of the item listed? Seriously, how can you sell a product and it's not the right size? See the attached picture, I hope it will be helpful for some buyers. You will need to drill a 1 inch hole to insert the connector. The item was too long for my radiator wall. I had to add a small piece/ring of PVC pipe to compensate.

To be fair my cooler is a Thermos brand and I bought an Igloo brand as they are very similar. The problem was that the Igloo has a larger drain than the original. The seller had no description of this size. So I had to enlarge the hole in my radiator to accommodate the replacement drain and then apply silicone caulk around it to seal it. Works well, I hope it lasts another 10 years.

One of my dogs grabbed the drain plug of a big old igloo fridge. He managed to destroy the cap and slightly cripple the part the cap is screwed onto.
