Coil Packs 01 Chevy Suburb

They were the perfect match and what I was looking for. They were easy to install, took about 30 minutes. The hardest part was changing cylinder #1. I used them on a 2001 V8 Chevy Suburban. I would recommend one of the V8 5.3 liter engines. I only installed them so I can assess durability. But my rough idle is gone and no misfire codes appearing!

Same as OEM on coil packs

I have a 2004 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0 with Vin 8 "U" installed. I was hoping to resolve a generic P0300 code, which indicates a misfire on one or more cylinders. The truck has done 106540 miles, I also changed cables and spark plugs. Some of the coils were chipped and rusty, the price can't be wrong. A direct repair requiring 10mm took about 15 minutes to replace all 8. They were on the truck for about 1 week. The truck runs and starts better with the changes but still has the infamous p0300 code.

Better than expected!

So I got these because I live in the country and don't have an auto parts store nearby, I live in the middle of nowhere which also makes auto parts a bit more expensive so I wanted cheaper too. A few months before my boyfriend asked me to put them in his truck. (02 Chevy Silverado 1500 Long Cab, 4x4) I got all the ignition kit (wires and SP too). After the replacement, the truck purred like a kitten. We had some problems with the spark plug and had to do a heli coil before we got it and the…

One coil broke in the box otherwise happy

One of the 8 coils had a broken harness connector - broke off at the base during packaging or shipping. Otherwise these coils look identical to the original OEM and will fix a stumbled idle. UPDATE: This issue was quickly fixed by AA Ignition. I bought a coil from AA to replace the broken one. The return was issued for a replacement was issued within a day. Impressive. These coils greatly improved the handling, response and fuel efficiency of our 6.0 Chevy 2500 Suburban, taking it from 13mpg to

Excellent quality product!

Looks like a quality product at 1/3 the cost of AC Delco at the dealer. My '02 Silverado with 5.3 lost the #8 cylinder coil pack after almost 200,000 miles. The engine was shaking quite a bit but I managed to hobble it home 10 miles. I ordered them from Amazon at 9pm and they were on my porch at 8:30pm the next day. Installation took 30 minutes while I made new connectors and cables. Revain saves the day again with a quality product. The truck works like a dream. It's so nice that you don't…

02 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT 2WD, w/ 5.3L Vortec

These are good coils, fit perfectly so easy to install. You just need to make sure your truck supports square coils, that will be what it needs but if you need round coils they won't fit, bought them for a third of the price at the dealership, they removed the random misfire code, I have those too changed spark plugs, i had platinum bosch which is not suitable for a truck, went back to iridium delco ac spark plugs and it also cleared the lean fuel code so it definitely worked for me from the…

They work but seem cheap to build.

My 2003 Sierra just hit 200,000 on the original spool so I figured it would be a good service item to replace. Please note that all my originals still work. They were delivered very quickly and were all intact but loosely packaged with minimal padding so could easily break as other comments have said. The quality honestly seems below average, 6 out of 8 are loose on the steel part and can wobble and slide up and down on it which doesn't promise any durability or build quality. However, I…
