Excellent Quality Ignition Control Module

My analysis of this Automotive part showed that it is of excellent quality. It is a perfect fit for my 1990 Pontiac Firebird and was easy to install. The improved ignition performance was immediately noticeable and the car runs smoothly. My only concern was the slightly high price compared to other brands, but the quality outweighs the cost. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their ignition system.

Pros
  • Improves engine performance and fuel efficiency
Cons
  • Requires specific vehicle compatibility and cannot be used for other models

No thread: control units

There was no thread to tighten the screws. I had to use zip ties to attach the ICM to the coils. It's beyond me how anyone could have forgotten to tap the holes. Terrible.

Pros
  • control units
Cons
  • can be retrofitted

The holes for attaching the coil are not drilled

I gathered everything and wanted to mount the ignition coil bolts, but they fell through. Holes for screws were not included. I will get bigger screws and tapped holes to mount the coil. Good note: it started right up as soon as everything was plugged in.

Pros
  • Ignition parts
Cons
  • Unfashionable
