So far so good: Coil Packs

Arrived on time, nicely and neatly packaged in a lovely box. So far they seem to be working fine, it's only been two days since I've installed them, I'll give an update in a few weeks for review, but so far so good.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • boring packaging

Now three of them have failed after 18 months

Not sure about the warranty but these coils should last longer. The first failed at 16 months, the next at 17 months and one just failed today (third). Definitely do not recommend this product if you want to be sure that all cylinders work.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • lots of stuff

Warning - install at your own risk.

Not at all what we expected. For a few days of installation, one of the ignition coils failed. I started the car and it started shaking and not accelerating properly. Of course it was one of the ignition coils. It already looks like another one is starting to fail, and to date we've only had them for a little over a month.

Pros
  • Quality assembly
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Poor quality good for coils

I needed to change my spark plugs and decided to change the ignition coils when my car was 10 years old. One ignition coil failed within a year, the second within two. I was trying to save money and figured that with the amount of good reviews it would be good. Big waste of money as I will now replace the rest with quality ignition coils. Live and learn!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Clarity

I bought these to help with an issue causing shivers in the Saturn forecast. And they solved the problem. The only downside is that they all lit up one after another at the same time and failed at the most opportune moment. I had to replace them with OEM and now I have formwork problem again. Currently. However, I bought them in 2017 and they failed just two years later. Some would say. well, two years. The ones I took out that still worked had been in the car for 9 years. So I'll get a kit…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • No instructions

Perfect OEM compatibility. Easy installation. quality product.

Amazing product. I installed last night and was so impressed I took my wife in her car. She said it was like driving a completely different car! Thank you for making a great product! I have a 2012 Chevy Traverse and have experienced hesitation, declining power, dropping mpg, RPM fluctuations and rough shifting. At first I suspected spark plugs as the car started doing 100,000 miles. After changing the spark plugs, it still ran quite sluggishly and wobbled a bit at low revs when shifting gears…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Frequency
