Description of iHealth non-contact thermometer
The iHealth thermometer is designed to measure body temperature. Non-contact measurement is made in one second. The thermometer is equipped with a German Heimann sensor and an LED screen for clear readings. Recipient of the German iF Design Award. To take a measurement, just point the center of the device at the forehead and press a button. The measurement is made in a second with an accuracy of up to 0.1 degrees. The device records the body temperature exceeding the permissible values of 36°C - 37.4°C, that is, the so-called "heat". The mercury thermometer takes measurements for 5 minutes or longer, while for the iHealth thermometer it is enough to aim its center at the forehead, press the button and wait one second: accurate results will appear instantly. The device is immediately ready for reuse. The built-in German Heimann thermal sensor accurately recognizes the infrared rays emitted by the human body, on the basis of which it makes a measurement. Within a second after pressing the button, the thermometer will take one hundred readings. Thanks to a special data processing algorithm, measurement accuracy is guaranteed. In addition to the temperature sensor, improved distance and room temperature sensors, as well as a compensation ambient temperature sensor are built into the device. They allow real-time tracking of changes in the environment and minimize their impact on body temperature measurement to ensure accurate results. The distance sensor continuously monitors the distance from the data acquisition port to the forehead and automatically stops measuring when it exceeds the 3 cm range. The thermometer has passed more than a thousand clinical and laboratory tests, having received CFDA certification. The manufacturing company has 16 years of experience and complies with the official requirements for medical device manufacturers (ISO13485 and MDSAP). The non-contact measuring method makes the device even safer and more hygienic. Just point it at your forehead - no need to touch the skin, so the whole family can safely use the thermometer. The large LED screen shows changes down to 0.1 degrees. The indications are highlighted, which makes the device more convenient for the elderly. When the measurement is completed, the instrument will vibrate. Silent operation makes it suitable for measuring the temperature of a sleeping patient. The thermometer is comfortable to hold in your hand and monitor the measurement. Specially designed angle of inclination avoids misoperation. The thermometer runs on two AAA batteries, which are enough for 3,000 measurements.
