Disappointed :( in clock radio

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it! Unfortunately the phone she had at the time was not compatible with charging, but she needed an update so it didn't really matter last weekend she finally got a new phone and now the clock face is broken and the screen is blank she is heartbroken and thinks she can finally use it and now it works broken.

Unstable charging

I like everything else about this watch. Even the color light show I wore all day until dark. But there is also a night mode, I'm just one of those people who prefer to turn it off and have total darkness while I sleep. Music playback via Bluetooth is excellent. I'm complaining about the inconsistency of the loading function though. I returned my first purchase, this works better but I have to put my phone on the watch several times to find the right spot.

Wireless charging doesn't work.

I have ordered this product twice, first time it worked perfectly, wireless charging was fine too, but when I woke up the next morning it stopped charging by 50%. So I tried moving it but the wireless charging stopped working so I returned it and reordered. A new one just arrived, and wireless charging doesn't work in it at all. What's the point of ordering a product with features that don't even work? Advertising is very misleading. Thing is, I've tried two different ones and neither of them…

Good alarm clock, charging a bit difficult

Pretty good alarm clock. The display is a little bright, but I found it didn't bother me as much at night as I initially thought. Love the fact that you can switch between colors and even turn it off at night. Bluetooth pairing with my phone was quick and easy, and the sound was decent enough for me. I can also charge my phone in the case. However, the loading process is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes I have to move the phone around on the charger (take it off, try repositioning it slightly…

Worst product iHome

90% of the time the alarm never goes off. Always connects via BlueTooth whether you want it to or not, disconnecting any other Bluetooth you may have connected to your phone at the time. Therefore, the clock always had to be turned off to prevent this. Qi charging is a narrow WiFi band. If you don't place your phone on it properly, it won't charge. Small hits on the dresser could knock the mobile out of the qi zone. I wanted to return it. I set up a process in the return window. Came back a few

Good idea but features don't work properly

I really like this watch, it was the only one I found that has all the features I like in one device. Unfortunately, his is below average. 1. The wake-up-to-light function is not a white-yellow light like a clock simulating sunlight. Dawn mode is blue. 2. Qi charge is useless. I remove the case from my phone and keep trying to position the phone correctly but it refuses to charge for more than a few minutes. Something doesn't quite match the phone. 3. I have no complaints about this clock/radio! I had an iHome years ago when people still had an iPod Touch, so I decided to try another while looking for a backlit bluetooth speaker/bedside alarm clock.
