🚗 iJDMTOY Red Lens LED Bumper Reflector Lights for Enhanced Visibility on Honda CR-Z, CR-V, Insight & Acura TSX Wagon Review

Fairly difficult installation. No real instructions as such. As expected, the fuse blew after the wiring shorted out. Before disconnecting the brake light harness, be sure to remove fuse #24. The rear bumper must also be removed to fit these taillights.

Wiring was a nightmare. Luckily I'm good with electronics and was able to hook up the diodes to get the light working properly. Connection diagrams are not supplied. Over the course of 6 months my LEDs burn out randomly which makes the light look terrible. Cheap quality part with poor durability and instructions.

Not quite the product I expected from iJDM. Their stuff is usually pretty good. The red plastic fell off when I tried to install it with very little effort. There's no second bar to hold the device in place, so it has to be screwed on (they didn't mention it). Only one of the parts actually lights up. And the other had about a third of the LEDs. Easy installation, this is how I did it: -remove taillights -remove bumper -insert inserts from diffuser -insert reflectors, wire goes into hole -use a screw or something - then another glue or 3m tape to attach - lay the cable to the taillights, tape there - put the bumper back on - splice the cable to the taillights with a T-connection - red to red white to white and black to black - taillights back, done! I ordered these for my 2014 Honda CR-Z EX Nav. The headlights were finished and working but when I went to install them I found that they didn't come with metal clips to attach them to the bumper. Instead I would have had to remove the bumper cover to install a couple of screws and I didn't want to do that. Apparently they came with clips 3 years ago but are no longer supplied. I installed this on my 2013 CRZ EX with sat nav. The standard diffuser has two small mesh areas that are ideal for LEDs. The most difficult thing is to connect them, but there are photos and videos on the Internet how to do it.
