🚘 Enhanced Visibility JDM Clear Lens White/Amber LED Front Side Marker Light Kit for 2013-2016 Scion FR-S, 2013-2019 Subaru BRZ, 2017 and Up Toyota 86 (Parking Light: White LED, Turn Signals: Amber LED) Review

I installed these lights about 2 weeks ago and they seem to be holding up very well, they require some knowledge of wiring and I highly recommend watching a youtube tutorial beforehand. Installation but I think the box needs more detailed instructions, the ones included are not very clear and very difficult to understand. This may be partly because I installed them on my 2015 Subaru BRZ and not the FRS, but the only real difference is the color of the wiring.

Hooking up the turn signals to the BRZ was a pain. I had to run wires (1 on each side) through the bumper cover and then hook them up to the headlight harnesses. However, they look quite smooth and are well protected from moisture. Clips in well. The LEDs are pretty dim, they look very cool at night, but you can't see them at all during the day in direct sunlight. Still a good buy - I used to have OEM style white JDMs but lost one so at $37 it was an easy pick. Would buy again.

Installers need to be warned about this kit. You can easily short out your Brz's built-in box if you accidentally touch the positive and negative sides of the bulb terminal. Only use plastic tools to remove the original bulb. Ask me how do I know? I'm going to change the chip in this integrated body unit to make the interior lights work. Just looking for something to replace the OEM markers. These did their job. After a few months of use they still work as they should. It's hard to tell from the photo, but they don't match. They extend 3/4" or about 19mm. They fit snugly and look a little better than the original amber markers. Quality is good for the price. For an extra dollar or two, you'll need to do some very basic 12v wiring , which anyone can do with pliers and a few connectors.

I wish it was compatible with a standard connector socket, but it wasn't difficult to plug in if you weren't using a turn signal. So I got these because my orange OEMs showed up somewhere on the road and didn't notice so these were the quickest I could get a few cheap and looked reasonably good for the price they did with silicone or any other glue they used or at least didn't clean up, one of mine has a crack inside, it wasn't bad or too noticeable, the clamps weren't attached at all and cracked easily out.
