was damaged I needed to put round caps on the edge of the tile so I bought two of these. Did the job with one. Rounded over 40 feet of tile edge. Looks good. The only problem was that it took 8-10 passes to completely round the edge, but it worked.

I used it to slightly round the edge of porcelain stoneware and it worked well. I actually put it in my adjustable base drill press and adjusted the height and my press is variable speed. I've found it works best around 1100 rpm. I used it dry without water or spray. I've ridden about 28ft and the bit shows no signs of wear other than normal.

I have used this in a waterless router table on marble to finish off a large format 24 square tile. Also, a semi-circular bovine nose made from cut strips of marble 24" long and 3/4" wide. Feet had fewer butt joints. Polishing marble gives a lot of dust and silt. Therefore, wear a mask over your nose and mouth. Make the router outside. Your hair, everything will be thickly covered with silt.
