It's easy enought, simple interface & customizable at will! The only thing I dislike about this program it its price (which can be very high). I like it because we can keep track of our inmate activity with ease, plus all reports are available in real time which makes tracking easy at any given moment when needed by us or law enforcement agencies as well! The program doesn't always work properly especially during bad weather conditions such as heavy rains/storms due to connectivity issues but this has been improving over recent upgrades so overall not an issue anymore now days since updates have made improvements. I like how easy it was implemented in our county, however there are not enough customizations available from their end (that can be used or purchased) so you really have very little flexibility when using them as opposed what we had previously with another software vendor(s). Try different things out- You will find something! Good luck finding someone who has knowledge of this platform but also knows about accounting procedures/rules etc because they may know more than one product well if…
