Great solution but needs better customer service

The ease of use, it's great that we can do everything from one place. It is not very expensive to run with so even small businesses will be able to afford this software if they are looking at using some form of moderation. I dislike how there isn't much customization available beyond the basic functions offered by the product itself. There should definitely be more features added for business owners who want to customize their own site/forum experience. We're solving our issue of having many…

  • Easy user interface
  • Very simple system which makes running all aspects seamless.
  • Support team was quick enough responding within 48 hours about any issues encountered without my needing followup questions or contact requests throughout those two days
