Superb picture quality for Wii and Wii U

Works great with my Wii and Wii U as it works on both. In terms of clarity Composite < Component < HDMI. For the Wii U you should use HDMI if you can, but for the Wii it gives you the best picture you can get. I have a Gamecube compatible Wii connected via component to BNC to a Sony PVM and the picture is amazing. A Wii with a Gamecube compatible component is a better alternative to the actual Gamecube system with a component simply because the Gamecube component cable costs over $200 due

Looks great on Wii, N64 and Gamecube. Not NES or SNES

I got it in the mail and tried it. I see almost no difference. It's a bit sharper and the colors look a bit brighter. BUT it doesn't work for NES and SNES games I downloaded from Virtually Console. N64 games work fine. Look much better. When I play NES or SNES games on it, the entire screen goes black with green vertical lines flashing and the game shrinks at the top of the screen. I have to switch from it to the regular cables it came with to play my 8 and 16 bits.

  • Problem

Ordered this because my kids "rediscovered the Wii after three years of sitting on a TV stand collecting dust. When trying to connect the Wii, I found that my new TV didn't have the usual analog inputs, so I needed a component cable. This item arrived quickly in a plastic bag and was as easy to install as the color matching to the inputs on the back of the TV. Please note that there are two red wires (one for audio and one for video so make sure they don't get confused. The product works greatโ€ฆ

  • Style 90

Hey everyone! I have read several reviews of this cable not working with NES, SNES, SEGA and other old VIRTUAL CONSOLE games. This works, but to do this you need to go to Wii Options > Wii Settings > Display > TV Resolution and set it to EDTV or HDTV (480P). This will make all those old games work. I hope it helps. As for the cable itself, it's a good cable, seems well made and the price is right. I even paid a few bucks more because I like a cable that looks like the real thing. There

Replacement for TVs without the old RCA option

Need a new connector for our original Wii system after replacing the TV with a newer model that doesn't have the old yellow red and white RCA connectors had more style. I picked this one out of what seemed like hundreds of options simply because it was damn cheap, it was in stock, and it shipped instantly via Prime. When we first plugged it in we thought we had bad cables: loud static and a snowy picture. Then we realized we had mixed up the two red connectors (apparently this is REALLYโ€ฆ
