Easy way to automate and optimize processes

The best part about improv done with our tool was how easily I could update my reports by just clicking one button! It also allowed me access all of my salesforce information at once which helped organize everything in ways we needed it most for reporting purposes. There were some minor issues such as when adding additional fields (especially custom ones) they would cause errors during runs - this made us have to go back into SFDC manually before rerunning any report until those problems got…

Great platform to unify and eliminate redundancies

I like how easy they make things so we don't have multiple people doing separate jobs in our organization when one person can do all of them for us! The best thing about this product has been getting rid of different applications which used too many resources as well having less time spent searching through files instead just loading into excel or tables within MS Office 365 (or other platforms). We are able improve efficiencies by saving money while also being more efficient with what's…
