Came empty and unprinted! Customer service Excellent!

*UPDATE* Although the cartridges didn't work properly, the customer service was excellent. They contacted me almost immediately to resolve the issue. Thought everything was fine when my printer recognized the cartridges. Test page printed, blank. Tried taking them out and trying again, still nothing. I checked the ink level in the cartridges, it turned out that they were empty. There were important documents that I needed to print but couldn't because of these faulty cartridges! Banned me for…

Mistakes happen. but that can be avoided.

I was wrong this time. I mistakenly thought they could replace expensive HP cartridges as advertised. I was wrong! Oh they fit perfectly, the print quality is excellent. BUT, the internal chip on the cartridges keeps turning my printer off. For example, I can print 3 or 4 pages right after turning the power off and on again. If I wait 5 minutes, my printer turns off again. I removed those cartridges and reinstalled new HP cartridges. Now my printer is working properly again. Sometimes going…

Disappointed with Colors

We are very disappointed with the quality of the colors printed. We successfully printed one page with colors correct, but then all pages were printed incorrectly. Magenta became blue and dark blue became light cyan, which made the printed project look wrong. We paid a little more for this product because it had better reviews, but we are very disappointed with our purchase.
