Perfect size for preparing venison appetizers or as a main course. Venison cuts were tenderized, a strip of green chili stuffed and wrapped in bacon. Skewers are great for holding bacon and meat together. Grill. Delicious!

You will need 8 inch skewers for our Ninja Foodi Grill. It was a pian for cutting bamboo. They are economical, easy to clean and ideal for doner kebabs. Use them for chicken teriyaki kebabs, beef kebabs. Works well, pierces flesh easily. A box of 48 bills means you've had enough, so don't be surprised.

Thought I bought 12" skewers but they ended up being 8". there were all 48, but it was enough for 6 chicken breasts, 3 zucchini, 3 yellow zucchini, 2 peppers and 1 onion. I probably used a little over half and I still had skewers left. They were easy to pierce the chicken and veggies and they were easy to clean. Definitely worth the money!

This is a metal skewer. It can be reused. Twisted ends can be a little frustrating when they unravel during a church service. The ends stay too hot for about a minute. Garbage bags no longer look like medieval weapons due to wooden spikes sticking out. Skewers easily pierce raw meat or poultry. They also easily slip out of cooked meat/poultry. Cleans up fairly easily.

I use these skewers to pierce and hold 2 pieces of salmon wrapped in bacon and topped with pesto. They insert easily into my piece, won't bend or warp. These skewers can even be stored in the freezer for several weeks and after frying in the pan they can be easily stretched and stay in perfect shape. They are easy to clean. I first bought a small 8 pack and was so impressed that I bought this 60 pack.

I wanted a relatively inexpensive set of skewers. It is great. The main thing is that they are flat, not round. This means that if you want to flip food on the grill, you can grab the skewer with tongs and flip it over to grill the other side. The spit only turns in the food, not this one. Because they are made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean and will last a lifetime. A 48 pack is a bit big but I'm having a lot of fun and may need a lot.
