The accuracy of this instrument is excellent.

I moved 2 years ago and had to give up my workshop. At the same time, I gave up all my woodworking tools. In my new home I have very little garage space and I have built a portable table saw and router table using my Workmate, plunge router and circular saw. This Incra mount gave me the fence I need for these homemade tools.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Exchange availability

Accuracy Repeatability

Very precise positioning tool. Makes it easy to set up the fence and repeat this adjustment if necessary. Accuracy is only up to 1/32", which is fine for most woodworking tasks, but I'd still prefer 1/64". JDS Multirouter. This enables very precise positioning of workpieces for mortise and tenon milling. I bought it specifically for this task, but it can also be a great router table positioner.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Amazing fence

I use this fence with a very cheap saw table. This is of great importance. If I need a 3 inch board I can only cut it once knowing I will have a piece of wood exactly 3 inches long. I regularly remove the fence to use the cross sled. The good thing is that it only takes a few seconds to zero the fence right after installation and it always comes out perfect. One thought: when fixing the fence at the desired length, make sure it doesn't cross. You can do this by wiggling the top slightly to…

This item makes woodworking more fun

I've actually spent some time adjusting the nulling tool in my router center and then locking it in there (not exactly what the Incra instructions suggest) and I love it. My fence is always parallel to the crosswalk and the jig is incredibly accurate. I've used it a few times and just installed the fence the way I envisioned it and every time it's dead. It saved a lot of setup time and is a pleasure to use. I've found that I can (strongly) lock it crookedly if I'm not careful, but I think I've…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

A Tool That Could - Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I argued with myself for a while about buying this tool, fearing it was plastic and fearing it would move, when it gets stuck. Well I was wrong and found that once assembled correctly it became one of the best lights in my shop. If you pinch it, it doesn't move an iota and is very accurate as advertised. It's made of thick (about 1/4 inch in some places) hard plastic and is very tough. It's also larger than it appears in the photos. The 32 inch rack segments as well as the larger and more…

Fantastic router table accessory

I thought about it for a long time and finally bought it. Incra makes awesome tools like rules so I liked that too. Is that so. There are accessories for this, but I made a stop and jig following the instructions in the manual. I installed it on my Bench Dog router table. As a test, I decided to carve a 3/4 inch tube from leftovers. already 3/4 inch. I made a groove, moved the template 1/32 inch and made another pass. It was perfect. This allows for precise positioning of the repeating fence…
