I like how easy this tool is for my business. It's so simple that anyone can use without any training at all! The only thing i dislike about index is when you try using other people in your organization as an attendee they don't have access to their records or meetings unless someone from outside helps them get set up first which isn't always possible. The best thing about index is that its easy for me as an admin user because I can access all my data from any place at anytime. Its also very user friendly so anyone who has no technical knowledge or skills will be able learn how to use this in short time period without much effort.
