Just got a new dog and bought this for water in crate overnight. I have one for my other dog also that I purchased about 3 years ago. That one is still in perfect shape! It's always best to give water in stainless, glass or ceramic, never plastic. Just purchase double ended clip so that you can hang it in the crate. Great value.

I bought two of these buckets, the first is great. The second one the weld on the piece that holds the handle to the bucket broke off in the first week I had it. Otherwise, Im really happy with the one that didnt break. Easy to clean, its much better than using plastic pails for the dogs water buckets which stain and hold bacteria.
