We really like the look of it. The problem is that we needed an electrician to assemble the box to install it, so he installed it for us. We didn't run it on the Switch, only on the console. Unfortunately the light was the only thing that worked with the remote control. So far the seller and Revain are working with us to replace it. I will update once the process is complete.

The product is good in design, function and easy to assemble. My problem is that the motor is not powerful enough. With six speeds and larger blades, I expected the fan to move a lot more air. This is the most important feature for me. Now I have to use another fan to get the desired air movement. I would only recommend this fan if it improves engine performance.

72 inch fan came with 4 inch down tube, had to buy a longer down tube, wiring harness was too short, needed to lengthen to fit the tube, connect Turns out I bought it through Revain, yes they take it away but they only give a Revain gift card for a refund. If you should have bought a branded ceiling fan, you could at least speak to a sales rep if you had any questions. Sticks with US made products that have communication, troubleshooting, etc. capabilities.

Installed several fans and this one was tricky. The receiver box of the remote control does not fit in the supplied mounting material. The fan takes too long to respond to commands from the remote control. There is no way to separate fan and light in separate wall switches. There is no phone number or contact information for support. Not recommended for inexperienced installers and not recommended in general due to the above reasons plus low fan speed at high speed.

The fan is pleasing to look at and blows a lot of air, but if you are not a savvy person who knows how to install a fan without instructions, then this fan is not for you. It has the worst instructions and the schematic isn't the best either. The remote seems to work fine, just an annoying loud beep when you turn on the fan or light. Don't shut him up. I received the fan in about a week. He was from California and I live on the east coast. After receiving the fan, I opened the box to inspect the contents and noticed that the suspension plate (the part that attaches to the electrical box to support the fan's weight) was not in the box. I emailed the seller about this, but luckily my local Home Depot store has this mounting plate and I was able to complete the fan installation by making an extra trip to Home Depot and paying the cost of the…
