The Ultimate Surfboard Rack

I love my Inno Rack for my surfboard. I've taken a few longboards on it and put it up over 1,000 miles at speeds up to 100mph with no issues. I also live in San Francisco and recently forgot to take my board out of the rack but this rack is so secure the board was here 2 days later. And SF is known for breaking into cars. Great job Inno!

INNO is the best surfboard rack

Simply put, the best surfboard rack I've ever had. I have been using belts for many years. The belts always required adjustment, were prone to wind noise at freeway speeds, and took extra minutes to install when done alone. carries three boards (and I've ridden three longboards for 3-6 hours many times with no problems); fast usability; Tie-down straps (I've left boards on the counters at hotels overnight more times than I can count); and actual loading/unloading of plates by one person. My…

Amazing trunk in the car. The roof rack mount is a bit annoying.

This stand is very easy to use when on the stand. The locking mechanism works great. I left my board in my car overnight in San Francisco (but good areas). However, there are some really annoying downsides. First, the small pieces of rubber that touch the roof rack can easily fall off. When I took it out of the box, one fell off. I've since supertaped them to keep them from falling off, but one fell off anyway. If they don't fall off the rack completely smoothly and could damage the roof rack…

Surf up with this stand

I didn't know what to expect from this stand as I had never heard of this manufacturer before. It arrived quickly in the mail, thanks Revain. The stand itself is solid and strong, looks solid. The fasteners on my stock cross members (Nissan Murano) were solid. However, due to the slight tilt of the bars themselves, I couldn't get the rack to sit perfectly flat on the bars. This bothered me at first but once the posts were in place the surfboards lay across with just enough direct contact with…

This is great if you want some security for your .

This is a great option when you want a little protection for your boards. It would still be easy to cut cords with wire cutters, but it offers some protection against theft. They are very easy to install and stay safe. I've been using them for over two years and have moved two longboards (one 9-2, the other 10-0) between states with no problem even at very high speeds. You'll find them most comfortable when loading your boards from the back, with the fins on the back; This way you never have to

Should have read more closely

I was looking for surfboard racks to attach to the crossbars of my SUV as a theft deterrent. I mistakenly thought that judging by the name they will cope with their task. However, the locking feature is for the cross straps that secure the surfboard! This feature works well, but it's not what I was looking for. There are also so-called crane belts, the function of which is completely unknown - their use is not mentioned in the operating instructions. Unfortunately, further searches for what I…

Awesome surfboard racks

What I hate most about surfing is climbing around my highlander and trying to fix my board on the roof, especially after a long surfing session. With a long board, you need to use racks. Thule is a good solution for browsing, but it's not exactly what I need. The Inno mount is a great product. Easy to assemble and fits my highlander crossbars very well. Straps make it so easy to rack your board in and out of the rack every day. Also, I often bring my board to work for a quick job after work and

Better than I expected

== Update after longer use === I like it even more after a few uses. I timed it: it takes 25 seconds to pull a board out of my garage and load it onto a rack. It takes 18 seconds to take it off the shelf and put it away. I didn't even put my short board in the car. It's easier to just toss it on the shelf. I removed the shelf for a couple of rides and it took me about 2 minutes to put it back in the car. Some of the best money I've ever spent. == Original Review ==* Easy to install on my…

03 Suburban Luggage Rack

Got an 03 Suburban Luggage Rack. Had to do some research to see if it would fit factory racks due to negative reviews from others (racks need to be max 3.5" wide x 1.2" thick to work, or 90mm x 30mm, so it works without a set of long screws). Easy to install but there are a few issues. Not quite sure how tight the little screws are; I was afraid I would somehow crack the plastic - or is it nylon? - the base, but after playing around with it for a few minutes I figured it out. Another thing was…
