Excellent filament for additive manufacturing

The filament prints great. The print had a beautiful sheen, texture, and pearlescent color. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations and your prints will look great. The reel was packed in a carton with no vacuum packing around the reel. Inside the box was a desiccant bag and the whole box was then vacuum packed and sealed. Added INNOFIL3D to my trusted print brands.

Pros
  • UltraFuse Filament: If you use this filament, the quality will be reflected in the model you make
Cons
  • Expensive

The best PLA I've used so far.

I have been using FDM 3D printers for a few years and have tried many filaments. I am very satisfied with the quality and stability of Innofil PLA. The first model I printed lasted 68 hours with supports and it printed beautifully with no clogs or other imperfections common with cheaper materials. I've now run over 100 hours with no problems. I will order more material from Innofil in the future.

Pros
  • Compatible with: Ultimaker, Makerbot Replicator+, Makerbot Replicator 2, Lulzbot Taz 5, Lulzbot Taz6, Makergear M2, Flashforge, Monoprice, Prusa i3, Prusi i3 MK2, Dremel Idea Builder, XYZ Da Vinci Pro, Zmorph and many more
Cons
  • Some bugs

Can get expensive without much benefit

I had to try this filament after printing several spools of orange PLA Hatchbox with no problems as this color does not more available in Hatchbox. First, I'm not thrilled with the 750g spool - that's $36/kg, which is quite expensive (or a tax on the undeveloped math?). It's also annoying because I'm printing large parts, typically 150-200g, so I run the risk of either running out of filament near the end of the part, or wasting quite a bit of filament at the end of the spool, which adds to the

Pros
  • 3D Printer Accessories: Bright and durable color films that make strong and durable models; have a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.05mm with 750kg spool and 2.85mm length
