I've had it for 2 months now. The "manual" I received was a small piece of paper, about 1 1/2" x 2", and everything on it was completely useless to a 76 year old layman. Upon unpacking I found a pleasant to the touch device, similar to a quality product. It's disappointing that the USB connector has a loose fit, which allows the connector to dangle and accidentally lose contact and separate. I installed it in a place where it doesn't move and it worked for a couple of weeks with no problems. The quality appearance is disappointing due to a quality issue. What I like best is how easy it is to use/set up. All you had to do was connect the speaker to your computer and turn it on, then turn the volume knob! The sound is great for the money, but it has a small metal speaker if you're listening to a conversation or watching a movie. . Not a problem for me, but for those used to BOSE, Sony etc, you might want to look at something else. All in all for this price absolutely recommendable!

Unfortunately I thought the first device must be connected incorrectly as all the other speakers and headsets I have work fine in Windows. Usually you just open the sound tool, click on the test and the sound comes out of the left and then the right speaker. You could probably fix this with a simple rewire, but given that most other soundbars are in the same $25-$30 price range, why bother. There are also several third-party software options for switching audio channels.

I bought this for my parents first and they thought it was great so I bought another one for my daughter to use for distance learning and to listen to herself . I can see that the primary function of this soundbar is PC use. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it will fit perfectly on one of my computers. Advantages: - Powered by USB. For some reason my computer doesn't have external speakers so I had to listen with headphones. It's a pain because headphones usually come with a short cord that prevents movement. You are forced to stay close to the computer. The cord hurts even barefoot when stepping on it lol. This soundbar eliminates all of those problems and more. You sound great!
