Excellent Experience Using Great Program

It is very easy to use for contractors or inspectors in general with little training needed. The customer support team are also extremely helpful when getting questions answered about how best our software can be used in their business model/workflow. I wish there was an option of more than one reviewer being able to write feedback at once instead of having it have to wait until after you've submitted your comment (or worse yet - submit but not get any response).   • Quick results within minutes rather then hours using standard database formats compared against old school manual hand written process! Very effective system overall especially if we utilize automation processes such utilizing OCR scanning technology.Very reliable services provided by staff throughout each part.of work flow.
