It is very easy to use for contractors or inspectors in general with little training needed. The customer support team are also extremely helpful when getting questions answered about how best our software can be used in their business model/workflow. I wish there was an option of more than one reviewer being able to write feedback at once instead of having it have to wait until after you've submitted your comment (or worse yet - submit but not get any response). Make sure that this tool has all the features required from other similar programs available out there like iSight Inspection Software Review Tool etc. They do offer multiple types of licenses so they're worth looking through as well. Their product offers many benefits including faster timeframes between initial survey completion versus traditional methods via paper surveys with human error involved. This allows us to provide quicker answers back to clients which improves service delivery times drastically.
