The most useful thing about this tool is that it allows me to check in with colleagues at any time of day or night which helps me keep track of my team's progress. It also has an excellent reporting feature which allows me to see how my team are doing compared to their goals. It can be used from mobile devices so no need of pc or laptop access. The software sometimes lags which makes users feel less comfortable with its performance.
