I like this cold brew coffee machine.You do have to use a coarse enough grind, but one you get the right size it brews a great mellow tasting cup of coffee in only like 30 minutes. It's not the strongest brew, so you do need to go longer if you like it more then medium robust, but the carafe makes it easy to finish in the fridge.I also like how compact this is. It doesn't take up much space in my small kitchen.

I tried two different blends of cold brew grounds and both tasted horribly bitter. Which is the opposite of what you want with a cold brew! Given cold brew occurs when you let room temperature water slowly extract coffee from the grinds over 12-24, this device absolutely fails to deliver cold brew in 30 minutes or even 60 minutes. I’ve used my new Instant Cold Brew Brewer a few times now, and I am enjoying it. I have been doing the 16 oz size which is the minimum amount. The whole setup was super easy from unboxing to making my first batch. I've tried all settings and thought the brew was excellent with each setting. If you have the time for the cold brew to sit, the slower 5 minute brew / 16hr set was super rich and flavorful. The 20 minute quick brew was also delicious for my afternoon batch. Highly recommend!

This cold brew maker is so easy to use and makes a strong brew. You need to use medium-coursely ground coffee or you'll end up with a bunch of grounds in your coffee. My personal favorite is Lavazza Classico. I grind the coffee myself and I use cold filtered water to make this cold brew.
