This is my 3rd Instant Pot and my favorite one. I bought my first one almost 7 years ago and gave it to my mom when I got this larger one with sous vide capabilities. I just used the sous vide to do a chuck roast that came out as tender as prime rib. I often use it for yogurt too. I literally am afraid to use a pressure cooker until I heard of instapot and started researching on it more. So, I gave it a try and I am loving it. My basmati rice comes out so perfect. Here is my recipe, 5 cups basmati and 6 and 1/4 cups of water. First wash rice in cold water then drain well. I just moved into a new home with a much smaller kitchen than I had previously. I loved to use my instant pot, slow cooker, and air fryer, but I couldn’t keep them all on the counter.
