Put the lid on and watch it keep cracking about ten minutes after morning commute. Who do I send the dry cleaning bill for all drip stains and flip top stains to? The cups worked well and I would only buy them again if they solve the problem with the lid. This is the main problem that is expected in terms of quality. Since this purchase I have used other major coffee mug suppliers that use a much better lid.

I bought them to avoid going to a supermarket in the morning and to save money. So far they are great and I haven't had any problems. The cup gets a little hot if you hold it for a long time, but only immediately after the cup has brewed. I don't think you need sleeves. The lids fit perfectly, I haven't had any leaks from them. I'm not sure what those little pen clips are or how they work, but I still don't feel like using them.

I love it. I always stock them at Keurig. I try not to be wasteful and will still use our travel mugs when they are available but once they are all dirty and piled up in the garage when we decide to remove them from the cars (don't look at me like that , you know what happens to you too!), abandoned at work, still in the dishwasher, or for whatever reason they are no longer available, we can still grab a coffee and leave instead of giving up, until the cups are clean.
