Keeps food hotter than a thermos

I was a bit concerned as it's an unknown brand. I have experimented with this food jar and compared it to a thermos food jar. I filled both insulated containers with boiling water and left them overnight. This morning (9 hours later) the brand's thermos was cool, but this one was still quite warm! There was a noticeable difference in water temperature and this tank was the clear winner. I will buy more!

Impressive! - Food Storage

I was a bit skeptical that it would work as advertised. Let me just say I'm out of impressions! I put noodles in at 530 and it was still hot at 12 noon. I didn't finish everything and when I got home at 5 it was still warm enough to eat. I can't be happier with that. I suggest pouring boiling water into the container for about 10 minutes before adding hot food. This keeps you warmer for longer.

The lunch changer is best for storing groceries

I use it every day. I work in road construction and avoid restaurants due to the Covid-19 epidemic. This allows me to eat hot food because sandwiches can get boring. My routine before going to work (7 a.m.): I take off the lid and put it under the tap, hot water flows into it. While this heats up the bowl, I strongly heat my food. The food will cook for about two and a half minutes, then take a bowl, empty it and fill it up. I have a thermal lunch bag that I put them in. It stays hot/very warm…

Keeps food hot for hours

I love this container. I ate it six hours later and the food was still hot. The longer you leave it filled with boiling water, the longer your food will stay hot. My only caveat is not to twist the top too tight. Twice I was left without lunch because I couldn't unscrew the lid. Running it under hot water solves that problem, but if, like me, you work outdoors and don't have access to hot running water, you stare hungrily and annoyed at that little container that stands between you and your…

Good quality vacuum flask

After a few months of use I admit it's a good vacuum flask. Q: How often do you use it? A: It is used daily as an integral part of the lunch box. Q: Does it fit in a lunch box? A: Yes, it occupies 1/2 of it. It fits enough food for the child + snacks. Q: Is it well sealed? A: We don't fill it with liquids so I can't tell you how well it holds liquids inside, but it has gaskets and the lid is leakproof. I tested it, there were no leaks. Q: How long does it keep warm? A: I usually pack food at…

Works great on travel days!

My husband works in construction and sometimes has to travel to places where there are no conveniences such as a refrigerator or microwave for lunch. I bought it for him to use at the time. We've had it for a week and have already used it twice, once with spaghetti which was still warm and delicious after almost 8 hours in the thermos! He was surprised and very happy that he didn't have to eat hot/cold pasta for lunch! The second time he used it for potato salad and again was pleasantly…

Teenage lunches stay HOT in an Ice Block Lunch Bag!

I have 3 of these for my sons in high school. They LOVE canned food because their food stays hot until lunchtime (I cook them with hot water as the instructions recommend). The built-in spoon works great and the wide opening makes eating easier. It holds quite a bit of food. What works for me: - I use a glass measuring cup to heat water in the microwave for 2 minutes while I start heating the boys dinner on the stovetop. Carefully pour hot water into the food container and screw on the lid…
