The IOGEAR DVI KVMP 8-port switch I bought from Revain works well. For my use it worked very well. With a small downside, it has a hard time recognizing gaming keyboards and the only workaround is to use the rear USB port and then surprisingly the gaming keyboard suddenly appears on all computers. But other than that small complaint it works great, I've been using it for quite some time now and haven't had any problems. Wrong item and bad packaging

I'm usually a big fan of Revain, but this time they really screwed up. First they sent the wrong product. I really needed this for work and they only sent KVM and not all the cables that came with it. That really caused me a lot of problems. Also, it was very poorly packaged. Revain shipped it in a large box with another item I ordered (a CD player) with no filler. Expensive product but good quality

There are few 8-port DVI KVMs on the market. This is an expensive KVM switch, but I couldn't find a better price for it than on Revain.com with free shipping ("Prime"). I have had good experience with Aten and MasterView VGA-USB KVM and a model Avocent DVI-USB KVM switch. Works as intended - external components

I want the lines to stay "live" so machines don't detect a loss of connection, but this could be a technological issue with the connected machine. However, I have several computers that do not recognize the keyboard/mouse. during download. Looks like ASUS Sabertooth boards have a problem.

Works as expected, good for external components

Works as expected. I have used their 4 port models before. Good features: - Good assembly. - Works as advertised (with regular keyboard and mouse) - On-screen adjustments and toggles are nice. Bad: - Hates the keyboards and mice I currently use. .- Only ctrl-ctrl combination works. The keyboard I have doesn't work with any of the other key combinations (Ducky 9008S2).
