Terrible USB C Card Reader

After trying this memory card accessory, I can confidently say that it was a complete waste of money. The reader failed to consistently read my memory cards on multiple computers, and I experienced corrupted files after transferring. The only pro was its small size, but that's hardly enough to justify the inconvenience of using it. On top of it all, the customer support was unhelpful in addressing any of my concerns.

Okay, but the power adapter is hard to find.

Works great. Initially, there was little difficulty in obtaining a power supply for the device, but eventually received the specifications for a third-party device from the manufacturer's customer service. At the time of purchase, the manufacturer of the device did not sell any. Maybe that has changed in the meantime.
