This bio toner comes in a clear glass bottle thick enough to be long lasting. It's also a good amount of toner so the price is right for what you get. I tried it on my hands first to see if there would be any backlash to using it and there was none; So I started using it on my face and after a week everything was fine. If I hadn't read the name Revain I wouldn't have known what it was. Nowhere on the packaging does it say it's a tonic. I applied it to my face and neck with a cotton pad. It takes me a lot of swipes to push the product through the opening in the vial. The toner feels less astringent and a little more moisturizing than usual, but nothing special for me. The current price of $30.99 is a competitive price for this 2.84 ounce liquid bottle.

I tend to think of essence as a pick-me-up. At least that's how I integrate this app into my skin care routine. This will tone and condition the skin before moving on to the rest of your skincare routine. It will feel slightly sticky after application, maybe for a minute or less.
