📱 Moment Case for iPhone 7 Plus/8 Plus - Enhanced 6ft Drop Protection and Convenient Strap Attachment Review

As the lens that attaches to it is very strong and heavy metal I figured it would also be the metal that the lens attaches to - it's very cheap plastic. If you make a mistake even once, attaching the lens to the body will not be easy. I am very frustrated that I spent so much on the lens and then the body required for such a result :( I've been weighing my options for over a year to get this one and I regret my decision little.

I love my Moment lens but had to buy another case for my iPhone 7 Plus. What disappointed me was that the packaging looked like a pre-opened/used product PLUS the stain or walnut color was nothing to do with my previously darker walnut shell (also stated in the product description). This case is simpler. I will still enjoy it and my lens but moment should post more pictures of the walnut color variations without reselling returned products as new.

I now have a THIRD camera case as the plastic used to mount the lens is of poor quality. The body is solid, feels thick and protects the phone well, but that doesn't mean the lens mount is durable. There is no need to drop the phone with the lens mounted. With regular wear and tear, the plastic around the lens will gradually warp and crack, and eventually the mount will break when the lens is attached or removed. UPDATE: I've upgraded this to 3 stars for customer service. At first I was disappointed again that they wanted to treat this event like a store loan. My original cost was $20 but now they are selling their cases for $50 and offered to give me a comparable case and charge me $30 for the difference. no You should be ashamed of yourself for even considering this option. I bought a case with a wooden base because it looks cool, but when I saw and touched the case I wished I had gone for a plain black one. The veneer is not smooth and does not look rich - in fact the wood feels dry and slightly rough.
