Lives in Alaska with very tough water stains and this product cannot remove tougher stains. However, it did remove the lighter spots. Worked really well for my kitchen sink, just needed a lot of elbow grease.

After removing the iron, white fabrics are whiter and free of rust stains. I put a few ounces in the washing machine on the first load then add a little more for the rinse and white fabrics are whiter than new! Do not use on colored fabrics as it will wash out the colour!

This product is excellent for a variety of surfaces. I used it on stubborn hard water stains in the bathroom and within 5-7 minutes the stain was gone! I now use toilet seat tabs for grooming. I have also used this on my boat. Rust stains didn't stand a chance! And again, in minutes, what seemed impossible to remove was erased! Good product!

I was very disappointed with the performance of this product. My "ring" was much less serious than the photos, and yet the product did very little. I left the product even longer than it "disappeared". I then used more and let it sit longer before brushing and blending/rinsing. waste of money. I will buy a pumice stone and then try the store bought pills hoping they are the best investment. Wouldn't recommend or buy again.

Well I watched some videos on youtube and the best softener resin and household appliance cleaner from hard water stains is SUPER IRON OUT. I thought I would buy this but turns out this product is IRON ONLY. (not SUPER). But other than that, the instructions are the same and the cleaning methods are the same, and it did a decent job, trying a little more than I thought it would, but then again. He did his job excellently.
